Our origin story
It started with a leak nobody could find.
I was doing marketing consulting in Miami, and every client meeting sounded the same. The ads guy blamed the website. The website guy blamed the leads. The CRM sat empty because nobody had time to learn it. And the owner paid for all of it while jobs slipped away.
So I stopped selling pieces. For one client, I mapped every step from the first click to the paid invoice and rebuilt it as one system: site, CRM, follow-up, tracking. Leads stopped leaking. Revenue went up. Nothing magical, just plumbing that finally connected.
The proof is Epic Rides. Since November 2025 we have built their complete growth engine and shipped their full iOS and Android app: 1,500+ rider and driver signups at roughly $6 a lead. One system, every channel, measured end to end.
Today Scale Up Labs is a team of operators, developers, and creatives running that same playbook for service businesses across the country. We don't sell campaigns. We build the machine that runs them.
